Giving back to the community is a great way to teach students about civic responsibility. Here are a few of the charities
that MOE supports.

What Is It?
MOE supports the pop top drive help pay
Ronald McDonald House's electric bill.
Collections:
Save your aluminum soda can pop tops
and place them in a plastic bag
labeled "PTA".
Collection Location:
Your child can turn these into their teacher
or the school's front office.

What Is It?
A Jacksonville based
international non-profit
organization that collects
books for youth in
low-income families.

Gather your new and gently used children's books.

MOE supports Mister Rogers Neighborhood Sweater Drive that is sponsored by WJCT and VyStar Credit Union. This drive
occurs annually in the fall.
We collect new and gently used sweaters, jackets and blankets.
Contributions are donated to the St. Vincent's Mobile Outreach Ministry, the Clara White Mission and St. Mary's Episcopal Church.
Fall 2010 Donations:
Blankets = 2 items
Men's Wear = 34 items
Boy's Wear = 14 items
Women's Wear = 37 items
Girl's Wear = 37 items
Currently, we are collecting items from November 1 - 30, 2011.
